We undertake studies to evaluate the environmental and social impacts a proposed development may cause. The assessments identify both beneficial and adverse impacts to the physical, biological, social-cultural and social economic environment. This is carried out in the early stages of a project as the outcomes may impact the decision making, design and or implementation of the project.

The ESIA identifies anticipated impacts, analyses and evaluates them and identifies and analyses alternatives and proposes mitigation measures. An environmental management plan with mechanisms for monitoring and evaluating the compliance and environmental performance is also prepared.
